Locations: Hoboken, NJ | San Bruno, CA | Los Angeles, CAJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 50 per hourWe are seeking a self-starting Designer to lead the concepting, design, and execution of marketing assets for a membership-based program across all customer touchpoints within a large-scale owned digital ecosystem. This includes desktop and mobile web assets, in-app experiences, landing pages, banners, notifications, and other digital placements.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in brand development and digital design, with bonus points for familiarity with UX and UI flows. This role partners closely with internal marketing stakeholders and collaborates with a team of designers and copywriters to create cohesive, on-brand communications that bridge upper-funnel marketing efforts with owned digital destinations.Success in this role requires the ability to design brand-consistent assets across owned digital properties while balancing strong visual craft, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution. An interest in AI-driven creative automation, experimentation, and continuous optimization of visuals, layout, and personalization is a plus. Responsibilities:Collaboration

Ideate, design, and implement omnichannel design systems and marketing communications.

Partner with cross-functional teams to create website and app marketing assets, CRM creative, notifications, banners, and other materials across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Trend Analysis

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive brand presence.

Quality Assurance

Uphold high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the design process, ensuring all final marketing assets meet or exceed expectations.

Project Ownership

Serve as a key contributor on high-visibility design initiatives from concept through completion, delivering on time and in alignment with strategic marketing goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, with 2+ years of experience designing brand assets, identities, and design systems.

Experience supporting member-based or subscription programs.

Demonstrated excellence in typography, logo design, iconography, and color palette development with strong attention to detail.

Exceptional portfolio showcasing design process, creative thinking, and strategic problem-solving.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office, and Google Slides.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and external creative contributors.

Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
