    As a **Sr Pricing Manager** here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and drive business growth. You will monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making recommendations for improvement to achieve business objectives. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen will be essential in driving pricing strategies and achieving results.

     

    You will report directly to our **Sr Director of Pricing** and you’ll work out of our **Morris Plains, NJ** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the overall growth of the organization by leading and managing the pricing strategy and execution, which directly influences the company's profitability and financial performance. By developing and implementing effective pricing models and strategies, you will optimize revenue generation and contribute to the overall success of the business.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage the pricing strategy and execution for the organization.

    + Develop and implement pricing models and strategies to optimize profitability.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives.

    + Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities.

    + Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for improvement.

    + Use pricing software (PROS) to drive and maintain pricing discipline.

    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing or related field.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

    + Proven track record of driving pricing strategies and achieving results.

    + Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    The annual base salary range for this position is $ **165,000 - 200,000** . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
