IT Plant Support AnalystDescription

The IT Plant Support Analyst provides hands-on technical support for plant operations and corporate office users, ensuring IT systems and services meet performance and availability standards. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role supporting a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Providing break/fix support for hardware, phones, printers, and network-connected equipment

+ Supporting executive and leadership meetings, including conference room technology and Yealink systems

+ Managing support via ticket queues, walk-ups, and vendor coordination

+ Performing audits of printers and conference rooms, along with asset and inventory management

+ Supporting system imaging and testing for Autopilot and Intune deployments

+ Traveling between Green Bay and De Pere locations (reliable transportation required)

+ Working comfortably on ladders and scissor lifts in a manufacturing environment

Schedule:

+ First shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

+ 100% onsite with occasional on-call remote support

Contract Details:

+ 6-month contract with potential for extension (previous contractor remained for 18 months)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
