Job Description:

_The Cycle Counter/Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity by ensuring correct delivery, performing cycle counts, random audits and reconciliation of inventory variances._

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Perform work within takt/cycle time

+ Perform work per work instructions

+ Provide and process movement of material to point of use

+ Keep work area clean by disposing empty boxes and cardboard, as well as keeping material around the assembly line in order and neat

+ Inform proper personnel of material shortage

+ Enter Received material in the computer and maintain and order shipping supplies

+ Check in and place materials from other cells

+ Pull parts for other cells and transfer in the computer and enter scrap

tickets (ST)

+ Train others in all areas

+ Physically count components and parts to correlate with in-house inventory

+ Update transactions in computer system

+ Cycle count process

+ Enter scrap tickets

+ Operate forklift

+ Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

+ Practice 5Ss

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints

+ Basic math skills

+ Knowledge of Dynamics AX Material Handler and Cycle Inventory Menu

+ Certified forklift operator

Education and Experience Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Experience as a material handler
