The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.

As a **Bindery Operator** , you will…

+ Play a crucial role in the finishing of printed marketing, promotional, and other essential materials that drive store success.

+ Efficiently set up jobs and meticulously follow ticket instructions to ensure timely and accurate completion.

+ Uphold and exceed all quality standards while strictly adhering to operational, safety, and quality procedures.

+ Accurately enter production data into our Monarch data collection system.

+ Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.

+ Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as necessary.

+ Perform corrective maintenance promptly to minimize machine downtime. Partner with maintenance technicians or external vendors for significant repairs.

+ Provide training to team members as requested by the supervisor.

+ Collaborate with leaders to provide valuable feedback for upstream production improvements.

+ Act as a key partner with the planning team to ensure job setups are optimized for efficiency and quality.

+ Work cross-functionally and assist in other work areas as needed to support business needs.

**About you** :

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

+ Ability to work independently, adhering to established processes and directions with minimal supervision.

+ Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners.

+ Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following job instructions.

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.

+ Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience operating equipment.
