Nazareth, PA

A Day in the Life:

+ Oversee daily logistics operations while developing a collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

+ Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for our customers who are working on scientific research and healthcare initiatives.

+ Use Lean methodology and our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) system

+ Support continuous improvement and optimize workflows while maintaining rigorous compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Keys to Success:

Education

+ High School Diploma/ GED required (Higher level degree preferred)

+ Industry certifications like APICS, LEAN, Six Sigma are a plus

Experience

+ 3+ years of warehouse operations experience required

+ Experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle counting programs

+ 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred

+ Experience with cGMP, ISO and regulatory compliance preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

+ Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and lean methodologies

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

+ Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance

+ Experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle counting programs

+ Multiple language abilities a plus

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

+ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various temperature environments (ambient, cold storage, freezer)

+ Ability to work different shifts and occasional overtime as needed

+ Valid forklift certification required or ability to obtain
