Position Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Project Leader to join our Program Management team in the Life Science segment. In this role, you'll drive multiple projects within our Cell Culture Customized/Service Business Segment, interfacing between our internal technical team and our prestigious customers, including world-leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and academic/hospital clinical centers.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead diverse and global projects from initiation to successful completion

+ Facilitate and guide internal and customer-facing project team meetings across cultures and geographies.

+ Develop accountability within the team to ensure timely task completion

+ Handle and communicate project scope, schedule, resources, and finances to key interested parties

+ Implement effective risk management and issue resolution strategies

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain crucial project documentation

+ Spearhead external collaboration initiatives

+ Engage and communicate with stakeholders and leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals

+ Apply project management tools (e.g., MS Project) to maintain accurate project schedules and resource allocation

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., bioproduction, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, biology, or chemistry)

+ 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in product development

+ PMP or equivalent certification is beneficial

+ Proficiency and knowledge of continuous improvement principles such **as PPI 8-Step Problem Solving Process** or equivalent is beneficial

+ Strong organizational and planning abilities

+ Excellent interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills

+ Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve conflicts in a team environment

+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

+ Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint

+ Experience leading teams in a design control and change management environment is a plus

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
