    We have an immediate career opportunity for a **Facilities Maintenance Lead** based out of our Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky.

    Summary

    This position is responsible for the direct shift leadership for directing daily work orders and tasks to a small maintenance and support team. This will include daily interactions with our CMMS-Maximo for direct activities associated with but not limited to, preventive and repair maintenance with specific equipment and systems, examples such as; Fire Protection Systems. HVAC systems, Emergency Generators, High Voltage Electrical Distributions, Overhead Doors, Dock Levelers, Security Gates, etc.

    Tasks & Accountabilities

    + Must have strong leadership qualities. Past experience preferred.

    + Must have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

    + Looking for strong prioritization skills when under stressful situations.

    + Must be proficient in reading and comprehending electrical schematics and diagrams

    + Must have proven abilities to comprehend detailed controls applications.

    + Looking for strong troubleshooting aptitude. Specifically when working with electrical / controls components.

    + Proven history with using all job related associated hand tools and inspection/test meters.

    + Must have strong computer skills. Preferably with all Microsoft applications.

    Skills & Qualifications

    + 2 year Associates Degree or Apprenticeship Certificate in an Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or Automated Controls Specialty is required or an equivalent documented training

    + Demonstrate knowledge of electrical power sources and their characteristics

    + Demonstrate knowledge of electrical safety devices (such as switches, fuses, and breakers) and proper grounding techniques

    Position Requirements:

    + Must be able to wear all PPE and uniforms as required.

    + Must not be afraid heights or to work in elevated heights stationary or arial equipment.

    + Must have proven experience using and following all related Lockout/Tagout practices.

    + Must be able to work in all-weather environments. For long derations at times.

    + Must have a valid driver’s license without exception

    + Will be required to pass an extensive 10-year background check and drug screening.
