    Job Title: Experienced Behavioral Technician

    We are seeking an Experienced Behavioral Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism and related developmental disorders. You’ll work closely with BCBAs and supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans that foster growth and independence.

    Responsibilities:

    + Implement ABA therapy programs as directed by supervising BCBAs.

    + Collect and record data on client progress.

    + Support children in achieving developmental milestones.

    + Communicate effectively with families and team members.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 1 year of experience as a Behavioral Technician or similar role.

    + RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Passion for helping children and making a difference.
