    School Aide / Behavior Technician

     

    Pay Rate: $20–$23/hr

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable School Aide to support students requiring instructional and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, classroom teacher, or designated supervisor. This role may also involve assisting students with personal care, physical mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by healthcare professionals.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide instructional and behavioral support to students

    + Assist with daily living tasks, including feeding and toileting

    + Support therapeutic care plans as directed by qualified practitioners

    + Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

    + Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Must have or be willing to obtain a Paraprofessional License

    + Comfortable working with all age groups

    + Experience working with children

    + Must be okay with feeding, toileting, and daily living tasks

    + Must complete company clearance process prior to interviewing

    Additional Details:

    + Can be hired as School Aide or Behavior Technician

    + Interview process: Virtual call with recruiter, then interview with school may be virtual or in person
