    Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Goldsboro, NC

    Contract Length: 16 Weeks

    Shift Options

    + 12-Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    + 12-Hour Midshift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

    Pay Packages

    + Local RN: $48–$50/hour

    + Travel RN:

    + 36-hour schedule: $2,074/week

    + 48-hour schedule: $2,534/week

    + 40-hour schedule: $2,246/week

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

    + Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and ensure safety protocols are followed

    + Offer emotional support and therapeutic interventions to patients and families

    Requirements

    + Active RN license in NC or compact state

    + Minimum 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience

    + Current BLS certification

    + Strong communication and critical thinking skills
