    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

    Start Date: February 2, 2026

     

    Contract Length: 13 Weeks

    Position Details

    + Setting: Hospital-based LTC wing

    + Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

    + Hours: 36 hours/week

    + Travel Requirement: Must live 50+ miles from Eden, NC

    + Local Candidates: Not accepted

    Pay Package

    + Travel LPN: $1,696/week (based on 36 hours)

    What You’ll Do

    + Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

    + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    + Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or physician

    + Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

    + Provide compassionate support to residents and their families

    Requirements

    + Active LPN license in NC or compact state

    + Minimum 1 year of LTC or skilled nursing experience

    + Current BLS certification

    + Strong communication and organizational skills
