    Local Pay Rate: $50/HR

    Grade Level:

    Elementary through High School

    Caseload Details:

    + Primary responsibility: Fill in for long-term leaves, case management, and instruction

    + Must be prepared to open a classroom if enrollment increases

    + May cover daily teacher call-offs and, as a last resort, work as a Para (paid at teacher rate)

    + Position requires extreme flexibility; changes communicated by Program Administrator

    + In some cases, floater may not need to write IEPs and will only provide classroom coverage

    Classroom Support:

    Strong team support within the cooperative; excellentcommunication and collaboration

    Start/End Date:

    ASAP – End of the School Year

    Schedule:

    Varies by site (start times between 7:30 AM – 3:25 PM)

     

    Break: 30-minute unpaid lunch

    Interview Process:

    + Virtual interviews

    + Profiles reviewed by Lisa Promis first (confirm if candidate was previously submitted by any agency)

    + If approved, Google Meet interview scheduled (45 minutes)

    + Fingerprinting at interview often indicates an offer; offers may take 2–3 days as best fit is determined

    Onboarding Requirements:

    + Fingerprinting

    + Two completed reference checks (recommended before interview)
