    Responsibilities:

    - Support students in classroom environments to meet behavioral and academic goals.

     

    - Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of BCBAs and school staff.

     

    - Collect and document data on student progress.

     

    - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    Qualifications:

    - Experience working with children in a school or behavioral setting preferred.

     

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    - Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and clinical teams.
