PositionSummary
Lionbridge isseeking a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Technician 4 to joinour experienced team. The Managed Services Technician 4 will be a technicalexpert, responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providingtechnical guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring the delivery ofhigh-quality managed services. This role requires a deep technical background,excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptionalcustomer service.
What You Will Do
+ Provide expert-level technical support to clients, resolving complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems using a variety of tools and techniques.
+ Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendor support.
+ Monitor system performance and identify potential problems before they impact clients.
+ Proactively identify and implement solutions to prevent future technical issues.
+ Develop and maintain technical documentation.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
To Be Successful You Will Have
+ A high school diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalency.
+ Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
+ 5+ years of experience in IT support, with 3+ years in a managed services environment.
+ Strong technical skills in [relevant technologies].
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ A strong grasp of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, OneNote, MS Outlook Exchange etc.).
