Job Title: Project Controls Scheduler

Type:12 month Contract

Compensation: $62.00 - $65.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

System One is currently seeking a Project Controls Scheduler on a 12 month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.

Project Controls Scheduler Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a skilled scheduler responsible for creating and maintaining project lifecycle schedules across multiple renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery storage systems) and potentially thermal projects.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for entire project lifecycles.

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including large-scale capital projects.

+ Collaborate with PM's and departments (land rights, permitting, engineering, supply chain) to gather updates.

+ Ensure schedules reflect accurate progress and dependencies across entities.

+ Submit sample P6 schedule (PDF, redacted) as part of candidate evaluation.

Project Controls Scheduler Requirements:

+ 10+ years of scheduling experince with large-scale projects.

+ Proficiency in Primavera P6 (certification preferred)

+ Hands-on experience creating, updating and modifying schedules.

+ Ability to manage multi-million to billion-dollar projects and complex scopes.

+ Strong understanding of project management principles.

+ Utility industry experience strongly preferred.

+ Industrial or construction scheduling background preferred.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
