Northrop Grumman is looking for you to join our team as a **Property/Asset Management Analyst** based out of our **Salt Lake City, Utah office. This position is full time onsite** and offers the 9/80 schedule.
What You Will Get To Do:
Responsibilities:
+ Review and update property records in property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
+ Knowledge and understanding of property acquisitions, the processing of incoming and outgoing shipping documentation.
+ Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material review, physical inventory planning, contract annual government property reports (AGPR), PIEE GFP module status, and other reports, as needed.
+ Coordinate and conduct property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites. Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program and Functional area PFPs (Property Focal Points) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.
+ Engage in high level of interaction with both internal and external customers, and government regulatory agencies.
+ Lead various Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits, and AS9100 audits.
+ Assist program management in the planning and execution of property management life cycle.
+ Assist and provide guidance to other team members, as necessary.
+ Maintain property accountability records, determine condition of assets, arrange disposal of surplus/obsolete material.
+ Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of customer furnished material in secured storeroom.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree (Major in business, logistics, or supply chain) with 3 years of experience in Property/Asset Management; or a Masters degree with 1 year of experience in Property/Asset Management.
+ Will consider 6 years of applied experience in Property/Asset Management in lieu of degree.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
+ Experience in government property management.
+ Experience with Automated Property Management Systems (i.e. GOLD, SAP, TEAMMS, etc.)
+ US citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 3 years’ of Combined experience in material/equipment control, inventory, requisitioning/purchasing, logistics (warehousing) and management experience.
+ 3 years’ experience creating, monitoring and reporting on all property operations metrics.
+ 3 years' experience supporting U.S. government customers & contracts
+ Experience with FAR/DFAR

Primary Level Salary Range: $59,600.00 - $89,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
