    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Refrigeration and Utilities Manager to oversee the ammonia operations and maintenance of critical building systems at our frozen pie factory and home to the famous Mrs. Smiths and Edwards brands, located in Stilwell, OK.

    What You Will Do:

    • Oversee safe, reliable operation and maintenance of all plant utility systems, including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, boilers, steam, wastewater, and environmental systems.• Lead and develop utility and maintenance teams, ensuring effective staffing, training, safety performance, and alignment with production needs.• Ensure full compliance with PSM, OSHA, HazMat, Lockout/Tagout, and all applicable local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.• Direct maintenance and reliability activities to maximize uptime, including preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Track and report key performance metrics (safety, uptime, cost, and asset reliability) to drive accountability and cost-effective operations.• Drive operational excellence through Lean/TPM practices and active involvement in capital planning and project execution.

    What We Look For:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of utilities or maintenance management experience.• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and partnering cross-functionally; CMRP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications a plus.• Strong technical expertise in ammonia refrigeration and PSM, with working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS/ERP systems preferred.

    What We Offer:

    The base salary range for this position is $104,625 to $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
