A Day in the Life

As an Inbound Clerk in our Lancaster, TX distribution center, you will be a key player in our Operations team, reporting directly to the Inbound Supervisor. You will facilitate all inbound activities, ensuring our products are received, processed, and stored with the accuracy and quality that L'Oréal is known for. Your work is crucial to maintaining the flow of our iconic brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Coordinating and scheduling all inbound freight to align with warehouse capacity and operational priorities.

+ Inspecting, receiving, and ensuring the accuracy of all inbound shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.

+ Playing a key role in inventory integrity by entering data into our systems (Manhattan, SAP) and assisting in resolving any discrepancies.

+ Communicating with inventory management and supervision to align on daily volumes and ensure production goals are met.

+ Optimizing warehouse storage space and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area that complies with all safety standards.

+ A high school diploma and experience in a warehouse or receiving environment.

+ Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel and RF scanning equipment.

+ The ability to use good judgment and make decisions to prioritize workflow effectively.

+ Strong communication skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

+ A commitment to safety, quality, and following established processes.
