A Day in the Life
As a Packaging Operator on our L’Oréal Luxe team, you will be at the heart of our production, ensuring our prestigious products are packaged with precision and care. Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, you will be a key player in a dynamic, hands-on environment, responsible for the total operation of our packaging lines.
+ You will operate and adjust manual, semi-automatic, and automatic packaging equipment, including line set-ups and changeovers, to meet our high-quality standards.
+ You will be responsible for material supply to the line, managing documentation for inventory and production control, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
+ You will uphold our commitment to excellence by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety protocols, and sanitization procedures.
+ You will collaborate with your team, assist and train other operators, and contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance line efficiency and quality.

You are a team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on machine operation expertise, is required for this role. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are skilled in the following areas:

+ Collaborates for Success: You work effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and providing support to achieve collective production goals.
+ Acts with Agility: You adapt to changing production schedules, perform line changeovers efficiently, and respond effectively to operational needs.
