The Role
Job Summary
The Healthcare IT Project Manager is responsible for delivering healthcare IT initiatives in alignment with standard project management methodologies, governance and strategic priorities. This role works within the PMO to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies while collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders as well as vendors to ensure successful outcomes that support patient care, revenue cycle and regulatory compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
+ Manage assigned healthcare IT projects in accordance with PMO methodologies, standards and governance processes.
+ Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports and executive dashboards.
+ Partner with clinical leaders, operational stakeholders and IT teams to define scope and success metrics.
+ Lead risk and issue management and escalations.
+ Manage cross functional teams in configuration, testing, training and go-live activities.
+ Provide regular project updates to PMO leadership, steering committees and executive sponsors.

Required Skills & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business or related fields.
+ 5-7 years of project management experience including experience within a formal PMO.
+ 3+ years of healthcare IT project experience
+ Demonstrated experience managing timeline and cross functional teams
+ Strong understanding of healthcare operations
+ Ability to manage multiple projects
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Preferred Skills & Experience
+ Experience with Epic and 3rd party applications
+ Epic Certifications are a plus

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is **$88,680** to **$168,480** based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: **$97,560** to **$202,200**
Colorado: **$88,680** to **$168,480**
New York City: **$106,440** to **$202,200**
Washington: **$97,560** to **$185,280**
Washington DC: **$97,560** to **$185,280**
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
