SAP FI/CO w DRC TAX and RTR- Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FI/CO lead with deep expertise in Digital Compliance (DRC), Tax Management, and Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Record-to-Report (RTR) processes and proven experience in leading SAP Finance and Controlling implementations across global landscapes.

Your role:

+ Configure and maintain SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting

+ Customize SAP FI/CO solutions to align with client-specific business processes and global compliance requirements.

+ Ensure alignment of SAP Finance solutions with overall business goals and RTR processes.

+ Digital Compliance & Tax Management: Implement and manage SAP DRC (Digital Compliance Reporting) for statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

+ Configure and support SAP Tax Management solutions, including indirect tax, VAT/GST, and integration with third-party tax engines.

+ Ensure compliance with global tax regulations and digital reporting mandates.

+ Design and manage integrations between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules (MM, SD) and external systems (tax engines, reporting tools).

+ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

+ Support API-based and middleware integrations for financial and tax processes.

+ Drive best practices for (RTR) Record-to-Report processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

+ Develop and implement financial reporting solutions using SAP tools

+ Assist clients in creating meaningful financial reports and analytics for compliance and performance monitoring.

+ Lead project teams and provide guidance on SAP FI/CO best practices.

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Additional Details

Your skills and experience:

+ Bachelors Degree + 9–12 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO implementations.

+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience with SAP DRC and Tax Management & strong background in integration design and RTR processes.

+ Proven track record of full lifecycle SAP S/4 implementations.

+ Strong understanding of global tax compliance and digital reporting.

+ SAP Certifications preferred
