Position Overview

We are seeking Field Seat Servers to serve food and beverage items to field seat guests. This role will ensure an exceptional guest experience that meets the high standards of Levy. If you are a self-motivated, well-spoken, dynamic, overall nice person, with a passion for providing soccer customers a world-class experience, then we are looking for you!

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided and build relationships with both internal and external guests. Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.

Show Quality: Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.

Operational Excellence: Maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards.

Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift. Able and willing to endure all weather conditions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Guest-centric mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with ability to build relationships with diverse guests.

Organization: Must be methodical and possess good time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Server experience preferred.

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler’s permit and OLCC license.

Schedule

This role is Part-Time hours and a Seasonal schedule, ending in November.

Field Servers will be scheduled for events therefore will need to be available nights and weekends.

Must maintain excellent attendance.
