Job Description:
**We are searching for the best talent for an Executive Administrative Assistant.** This hybrid position will be based in Springhouse, Pennsylvania.
_Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week._

The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars. Prepare materials for meetings with pre-reads and logistics
+ Arrange travel, itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting; ensure policy compliance.
+ Communicating effectively and articulately with all levels of the organization.
+ Assisting in the preparation for meetings including team specific meetings, leadership specific meetings, overseeing logistics, speakers, and venues to ensure seamless execution. An AMEX Corporate Meeting Card will be required.
+ Oversee and support fellow administrative professionals within Interventional Oncology team to foster a collaborative and efficient administrative environment as well as providing back-up coverage for other administrative staff when necessary
+ Recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR on job postings, interviews, and assist with onboarding/offboarding for team members and contractors. Maintain monthly INTO Organization Chart updates.
+ Staying informed regarding company policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to the functioning of the groups
+ Achieving results in the absence of day-to-day guidance
+ Confidentiality & Security: Manage sensitive documents and information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a high school diploma is required. An associates degree is preferred.
+ A minimum of eight (8) years’ high-level assistant/office management experience ideally in a fast-paced environment is required.
+ Strong organizational skills are required.
+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail and ability to effectively multi- task with a willingness to perform a wide range of tasks.
+ Manages multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
+ Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision is required.
+ Ability to interface with staff and senior level leaders, and executive leadership of internal/external partners is required.
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
+ Proficient with eMarketplace, Concur
