**We are searching for the best talent for a** Performance Analytics Manager (PAM) to be based in Jacksonville, Florida.
**Purpose:** Performance Analytics Manager (PAM) provides insights and analytical support to help drive sales and profitability. The PAM will work in multiple sets of data including shipments, sell-out, promotional data and financial investments. The PAM will organize data, provide actionable insights that support the Strategic Accounts (SA) team. Support areas include forecasting, sales trends, promotional performance, program evaluation, team performance and strategic support, maintaining and creating framework/databases/reports used by the SA team. The PAM should demonstrate working knowledge of customer requirements, market knowledge, products, competition, corporate direction, and working knowledge of creating reports in Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel. The PAM will provide accurate and reliable data to influence decision-making at the customer and corporate level. The PAM will frequently be assigned special projects that can include developing new reports, ways of working, sourcing new data and working cross functionally to provide the metrics for sound decision making. The PAM will attend key customers headquarter meetings to provide insights, business trends, and to develop custom dashboards and reports when needed.
The PAM will also be responsible for leading internal meetings, making recommendations based on data-driven insights and seen as a key member of the Strategic Accounts team.
You will be responsible for:
+ Create & analyze multiple sets of data that provides predictability in forecasting, promotional performance and consumer demand. (40%)
+ Support Strategic Account Managers with customer reviews, financial analysis (as it relates to customer programming), evaluate ROI and provide fact-based recommendations (20%)
+ Support Strategic Accounts team with scenario planning for revenue and demand generating programs for consideration with our customers. (10%)
+ Complete special projects assigned which may include, but are not limited to, promotion analysis, category trends, POS analysis, volume trends, sales data analysis, new item launch support, marketing initiative support, customer HQ meeting participation. (20%)
+ Contribute to team planning, discussion and decision-making. May be assigned to participate in business processes or process improvement development
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; business, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
+ 6-8 years of experience in consumer products, pharmaceutical, and or MedTech is required.
+ Sales, Marketing, Category Management/Analytics or Finance experience with a focus on analytics required.
+ Experience creating and analyzing Tableau, Power BI and Salesforce reports
+ Advanced computer skills and analytical abilities required.
The role is based in Jacksonville, FL and will require approximately 10-15% domestic travel.
