    Responsibilities

    + General order fulfillment, including pulling and picking items

    + Packaging and boxing items

    + Other additional duties as assigned

    + Will be a part of order fulfillment team for either:

    New Product Launches:

    + 2 to 5 product SKUs

    + Avg. 8-15 pieces per order

    + 800-1,200 orders per shift dependent on product mix

    Replenishment Orders:

    + 40 to 60 product SKUs

    + Avg. 20-30 pieces per order

    + 180-250 orders per shift dependent on order size

    + Expectation is that Material Handler IIs will maintain an average of 5,000 pulls per day

    Additional responsibilities may include:

    + Verifying accuracy and completeness of order

    + Re-stocking product at order fulfillment lines

    + Sorting of product upon return

    + Loading of UPS Trailer

    Qualifications

    + Dependable and reliable worker with consistent strong attendance record

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    + Attention to detail and self-starter

    + Able to follow verbal/written instructions

    + Ability to work independently to complete daily personal and company quotas

    + Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and move in a fast-paced environment

    + 1-2 years of shipping, assembly, or warehouse experience required

    Must be able to work Overtime weekends, sometimes on short notice

    + Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

    At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this role is $18.50/hr. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

     

    Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
