Job Description
The Equipment Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of production equipment and maintenance across BAE Systems. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize equipment utilization, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment management, maintenance, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
+ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
+ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to equipment management.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Certification in equipment management, maintenance, or a related field (e.g., CMRP, CEM).
+ Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other equipment management software.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97157 - $165167
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
