    We are looking for a Quality Systems Engineer to lead activities to sustain our AS9100 credentials and improve our business processes. The position will be located in Nashua, NH and be responsible for:

     

    + Support and active engagement with 3rd party AS9100D certification auditors for planning and executing certification audits.

    + Driving prevention activities and Opportunities for Improvement across sites

    + Leading cross site council responsible for driving Risk Assessments, Lessons Learned and benchmarking

    + Manage quality training programs

    + Author and or drive changes to command media that drive optimization, nonconformity prevention aka. mistake proofing, and benchmarking improvements.

    + Engagement with onsite Customer to address nonconformities and present Quality Management System Key Process Indicators (KPIs).

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Bachelor s degree and 4-6 years of related work experience

    + Strong knowledge and experience with and AS9100 or ISO Quality System

    + Experience in the use of root cause analysis tools Investigating and resolving customer complaints

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work independently

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Technical Bachelors Degree.

    + Green Belt and / or DLSS Certification.

    + AS9100D Lead Auditor Certification

    + Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

    + Experience dealing with customers and suppliers

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
