WHAT YOU’LL DO

+ Create a learning and nurturing environment for all front of the house restaurant team members that promotes sales and service success, and internal career growth.

+ Develop and implement strategies to increase qualified applicants, including but not limited to proactively recruiting and mentoring the team

+ Facilitate implementation of company learning/training programs, follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job

+ Manage individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance

+ Cultivate an environment of open, authentic dialogue with the restaurant team, regional and corporate partners

+ Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures

+ Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant, employees, and guests. Help create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment

REQUIREMENTS

+ Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently

+ Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently

+ Routine standing for duration of shift

+ Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work

+ Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Base Wage Range: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 yearly
