    Job Description

    A well-known Aerospace company is looking for experience Composite Technicians to join their team in Renton, WA. As a Composite Technician you will play a vital hands-on role in manufacturing and assembling high-quality composite components that drive the aerospace industry forward. Each day, you’ll use advanced techniques and equipment to create and inspect parts, ensuring every product meets our rigorous standards for quality and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and teammates to solve problems and keep production running smoothly. The role is active and engaging, involving physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and working with hand and power tools throughout your shift. We’re looking for candidates who have experience in manufacturing or working with composite materials, can read blueprints and follow instructions, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork.     Skills and Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience in composite manufacturing or a related field

    • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, shop aids and written instructions

    • Previous UAV experience in some capacity

    • Proficiency with hand and power tools

    • High attention to detail and strong quality control skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Physical dexterity for handling complex parts
