    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients in the insurance industry. This individual will play a critical role in driving technology initiatives and managing complex infrastructure projects, particularly within mid-to-large-scale mergers and acquisitions (50–500+ employees). The IT Project Manager will lead strategic programs leveraging SPM, ITPM, SAFE, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow modules (SPM, PPM, EAP), with a strong emphasis on process improvement and operational excellence. Acting as a key liaison and project leader, this person will oversee multiple MnA-related initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and execution while maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The role requires exceptional collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to present integration status and dashboards to senior leadership confidently. Candidates should be adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, speaking the technical language without performing hands-on technical work. Preferred qualifications include PMP, ACP, and scaled agile certifications. Experience with ServiceNow and a proven track record of scaling technology organizations are essential.     Skills and Requirements

    • 5–7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (ITPM), with a proven track record in scaling technology organizations.

    • Hands-on experience managing projects using ServiceNow modules (SPM, PPM, EAP).

    • Strong understanding of SPM, ITPM, SAFE, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework.

    • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

     

    Bachelor's Degree (minimum) • Certifications: PMP (highly preferred), ACP, and any Scaled Agile certifications.

     

    • Experience with AI-driven playbooks and project tools.

    • Additional experience with ServiceNow beyond core modules.
