The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing property.

    You Have:

    + Cleaning experience

    + Ability to safely use lawn care equipment

    + Ability to safely use snow removal equipment

    + Basic maintenance knowledge
