**Location:** Dubuque Area

**Pay:** $20–$26/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

+ **Monday–Thursday:** 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ **Friday:** 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

+ Occasional overtime as needed

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a **Warehouse Maintenance Technician** for a local operation. This role requires a well-rounded, hands-on maintenance professional with experience supporting warehouse or facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform facility and warehouse maintenance, including both small repairs and larger projects

+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as conveyor systems, snow blowers, and related machinery

+ Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized or outsourced repairs

+ Assist with preventative maintenance to keep operations running efficiently

+ Occasionally travel to nearby locations to support maintenance needs

+ Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

What We’re Looking For:

+ Prior experience in facilities or warehouse maintenance required

+ Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

+ Comfortable coordinating repairs with outside vendors

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focused
