    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in the **Owensboro, KY area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$30/hour** based on experience plus **$100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site** .If you are a Flat Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Mix of handrail, grating, and platform repairs

    + Pipe welding new barge mooring dolphins

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    + AWS D1.1 Certification

    + SMAW or GMAW Metal fabrication or Shipyard experience is a plus

    + OSHA 10: TI can provide training for qualified candidates

    + Basic hand tools

    + All PPE, and hood
