We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. What You'll Do

+ Create and edit programs for multi-axis CNC lathes and mills.

+ Interpret blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure product accuracy.

+ Develop routing/production path and prints for quoting and new part production.

+ Provide technical support to machine operators, and assist the quality department.

+ Research and recommend tooling and methods to improve machining processes.

+ Design and develop work-holding tooling.

+ Utilize and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.

What We're Looking For

+ Experience: Proven experience with manufacturing equipment, particularly CNC lathes and mills. Experience with overhead gantry systems is a plus.

+ Technical Skills: Proficiency with GibbsCAM and ERP systems.

+ Problem-Solving: The ability to apply mathematical concepts (geometry, trigonometry) and creative reasoning to solve complex problems.

+ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

+ Attention to Detail: A high level of focus and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role.
