    What You'll Do

    + Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)

    + Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture

    + Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)

    + Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment

    + Partner with the GM on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
