Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Perform janitorial duties, such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash cans, and general cleaning

+ Perform office cleaning duties including cleaning all windows and door windows; dusting all cabinets, racks and shelving, countertops, desk, walls, vent hoods, doors, ceiling vents and light fixtures; sweeping and mopping office floors

+ Perform bathroom cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping bathroom floor, cleaning the walls as needed, cleaning toilet outside and inside, washing of mirror, and cleaning of sink inside and outside

+ Perform cleaning duties in break areas and common areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, countertops, appliances, sinks, and walls; cleaning windows, and sweeping and mopping floors

+ Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders

+ Maintain orderly and clean work area

Minimum Requirements:

_Education and Experience_

High School Diploma or GED Preferred

_Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_

+ Ability to plan tasks in orderly manner

+ Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

+ Able to be proactive in seeking solutions

+ Able to work in collaboration effectively and foster good teamwork

+ Able to follow directions and meet deadlines

+ Able to perform task and duties without constant supervision

+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English
