About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider APP; (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Pulmonary Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this 100% outpatient pulmonary role:
+ You will practice at Budge Clinic, Logan, UT
+ You can anticipate working 4x10's
+ No call time is anticipated
+ You can expect to treat patients with asthma, pulmonary nodules, COPD, pulmonary infections, interstitial lung disease, and other pulmonary conditions
+ You may be eligible for a relocation allowance if relocating 50+ miles
+ An ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of internal medicine, family medicine, pulmonary, and/or critical care experience

What you’ll bring:
+ APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
+ Board certification or eligibility
+ Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
+ Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$56.76 - $87.59
