Job Summary and Qualifications

**Job Summary** :

We are seeking a **House Supervisor RN** to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will proactively coordinate and supervise the hospital and patient care services.

What will you will do in this role:

+ Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

+ Responsible for bed management coordination

+ Administers plans and evaluates the activities of the hospital to ensure quality patient care

Job Requirements:

+ Associates Degree, BSN preferred

+ Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

+ BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start

+ ACL within 90 days of hire/transfer

+ NIH within 90 days of hire/transfer
