**Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) seeks a **Senior** **Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer** (Level 4) to provide data and design analysis and design authority support for Defense and Space Systems team in **Heath, OH.** Our team is expanding in system design, development, integration and test of aircraft, missile, weapons, and autonomous Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC).
Position Responsibilities:
+ Leads in electrical engineering tasks on system of guidance, navigation, and control, on system product and test equipment
+ Perform and document analyses to validate and verify that systems and components meet requirements and specifications
+ Perform electrical engineering evaluations of proposed design (new and changed) and documentation during design reviews
+ Support development, maintenance, or modification of system, component, and installation designs and proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups
+ Contribute to supplier development and test and production activities
+ Support system component designs, proposals standards, and installation and detail documentation
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
+ Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications, and retrofit requirements to perform electrical modifications and repairs
+ Experience analyzing, designing, developing, testing, qualifying electrical systems and electronic systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ 9+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
+ Active clearance
+ Experience with electronic and electromechanical product testing, analysis, design and repair
+ Guidance system experience
+ Experience applying industry and company standards to design documentation
+ Experience working with USAF or US Government
+ Experience developing and documenting requirements
+ Prior nuclear critical communication equipment development experience
+ Prior Minuteman III ICBM weapon system experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $136,850 - $185,150

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
