Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an **Armed Custom Protection Site Supervisor** .

The **Armed CPO Site Supervisor** will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The **Armed CPO** **Site Supervisor** will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Full Time

Starting Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

+ Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

+ Must possess one or more of the following

+ Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

+ Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors

+ Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public

+ Effective oral and written communication

+ Problem solving

+ Active listening

+ Assess and evaluate situations effectively

+ Identify critical issues quickly and accurately

+ Compile, sort, and interpret data

+ Research, investigate, compile information

+ Mediate conflict with tact, diplomacy

+ Write informatively, clearly, and accurately

+ Teamwork

+ Attention to detail

+ Able to:

+ Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat

+ Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds

+ Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift

+ Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
