    Position Responsibilities:

    Lead the design and implementation of business-critical systems projects. Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring while effectively managing project risks and issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and drive business growth. Evaluate existing systems and processes, and propose innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives. Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, engineers, and external partners. Understand their requirements, gather feedback, and effectively communicate project updates and progress. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

     

    40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $138,965/year to $179,600/year.

    Basic Qualifications

    Position Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have four years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) conducting business analytics in a Big Data environment; (2) performing strategic and financial analyses for projects; (3) working with large and complex data sets; and (4) leading cross-functional business-critical systems projects.#0000
