Maintenance Planner
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with hands-on experience in FETTE and BOSCH machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong electromechanical skills and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical compression systems. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Utilize oral and written communication techniques for technical writing, planning, and executing simple assignments.
+ Assist in creating schematics and drawings.
+ Prepare BOM’s, job plans, and spare parts identification using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and other engineering-related tasks.
+ Create and edit engineering documentation to support the construction and installation of existing and future equipment.
+ Develop a daily work schedule using CMMS to ensure adequate resources for preventative, predictive, and planned maintenance.
+ Audit assignments and resources to meet repair schedules and performance expectations, including maintenance and materials.
+ Maintain all plant equipment records in the CMMS and ensure all maintenance work is scheduled through the CMMS.
+ Accurately record all labor hours, materials, and necessary notes or procedural changes related to work, and ensure timely closure of work.
+ Communicate directly with managers regarding parts required and inventory levels needed to complete all scheduled Work Orders and PM Orders.
+ Manage and schedule maintenance activities such as inspections, instrument calibrations, equipment preventive maintenance, and validation assessments, while coordinating project workload.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a GMP-regulated environment
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
+ Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
+ Mechanical/Electric needed
+ Apprenticeship program or technical school desirable
+ Strong communication skills to resolve issues and ensure compliance
+ Desire to learn and be part of a dynamic team
+ Ability to estimate labor hours, material requirements, and skills needed for job completion
+ Knowledgeable in maintenance processes and use of work order systems.

Work Environment and Shift
Work in a climate-controlled environment, ensuring comfort and efficiency in all your tasks.
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM.
Saturdays may be required for Preventative Maintenance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $54080.00/yr.
