Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
3rd shift - 30 - 35 per hour
Job Description
We are seeking a fully competent Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
+ Perform repairs, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant blow mold equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable laws and regulations.
+ Install, adjust, and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer, and other related equipment.
+ Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin, and other equipment changes.
+ Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses, valves, and pumps.
+ Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
+ Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
+ Troubleshoot, locate root problems, and repair blow mold, baggers, and support equipment.
+ Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
+ Communicate frequently with other departments.
+ Follow instructions provided by Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor.
+ Other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
+ Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Performing preventive maintenance and repairs.
+ Hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems.
+ Proficient in PLC troubleshooting.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with motors and conveyors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
+ Familiarity with blow mold and injection machines.
+ Strong communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.

Work Environment
This position is based in a production environment where employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The role requires standing, walking, using hands, and reaching with arms. Occasionally, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. Temperatures in the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
