About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Material Stocker** to support operations at our large manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. This role is ideal for candidates with **at least 1 year of material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience** who are looking for a stable environment with opportunities to grow their skills in an organized, team-focused setting.
As a Material Stocker, you will play a critical role in ensuring production lines and work areas remain fully supplied, organized, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
+ Stock, stage, and deliver raw materials, components, and supplies to manufacturing and production areas
+ Accurately track inventory using ERP systems, scanners, and/or manual logs
+ Perform material movement using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified)
+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage and production support areas
+ Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and material reconciliation
+ Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and facility guidelines
+ Communicate material needs and shortages proactively to supervisors and team leads
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1+ years of experience in warehouses, receiving, or material handling in a manufacturing environment.
+ Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
+ Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
+ Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
+ Forklift experience required.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-functioning environment.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional work on Fridays if shipments arrive. The role requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed. Climbing portable ladders and using Personal Protection Equipment are required. This position demands good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
