Job Title: Robotic Assembly Technician
Job Description
+ Join our team as a Robotic Assembly Technician where you will be a key player in assembling and maintaining robotic paint assemblies
+ You will be responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies, ensuring that each component meets the required specifications
Job Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
+ Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts
+ Conduct quality control checks to ensure components meet specifications
+ Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools
+ Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements
+ Assemble components by examining connections, and fastening parts and subassemblies
+ Verify specifications by measuring completed components
+ Resolve assembly problems to meet specifications and notify supervisor for additional resources
+ Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
+ Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently
+ Document actions by completing production and quality forms
Essential Skills
+ 2 years of mechanical hands-on experience in assembly/disassembly, such as fixing cars or building robot lines
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Possess and bring a basic mechanic tool set to work, including sockets, wrenches, allen wrenches, screwdrivers, and hammer/mallet
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
