Responsibilities

+ Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service

+ Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards clients and their pets

+ Answer client inquiries and provide information about our services

+ Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

+ Monitor and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback

+ Track customer interactions and provide timely follow-up

+ Manage and coordinate client appointments

+ Assist clients with payment inquiries and transactions

+ Process orders and ensure accurate invoicing

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

+ Troubleshoot customer service issues and resolve them in a timely manner

+ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
