Job Title: Quality LeadJob Description

The Quality Lead is responsible for ensuring product integrity throughout the production process. This role involves meticulous inspection and testing duties to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and vision systems for micro parts.

+ Perform lab-based measurements including pH testing, viscosity, and moisture analysis using specialized equipment.

+ Execute pull force and burst testing to verify product durability and compliance.

+ Schedule and coordinate specialized testing with external laboratories when needed.

+ Ensure product quality through detailed visual assessments before release.

Essential Skills

+ Hands-on experience with inspection, testing, and metrology.

+ Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

+ Experience in conducting visual inspections and utilizing microscopes.

+ Strong communication and reporting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2-5 years of experience with hands-on inspection.

+ Experience within a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical environment is preferred.

Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite with a 6am start time. The team consists of 80 employees across two sites in Glendora, CA, with 5 team members dedicated to quality, including 3 technicians. The role involves splitting time between two sites, primarily at the production site. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $60320.00/yr.
