Description
Duties & Responsibilities
+ Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet clients and visitors, provide directions, and ensure they are routed to the appropriate location or staff member.
+ Communication & Call Handling: Answer incoming calls, take and forward messages, and respond to patient inquiries or complaints by referring them to the appropriate personnel.
+ Patient Flow Coordination: Monitor patient flow, notify the Operations Director/Assistant Director of issues, and contact dental assistant staff when patients arrive for appointments.
+ Administrative Support: Prepare, edit, and maintain Word and Excel documents as assigned by the Operations Director/Assistant Director.
+ Scheduling & Office Coordination: Maintain and manage meeting room schedules and assist with general office coordination. Mail, Filing & General Office Duties: Sort and distribute mail, complete filing, and perform other clerical or administrative duties as needed. 10
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ CPR Certification.
+ One year of relevant work experience.
+ Knowledge: EDR/EMR preferred to manage patients, computer literate, proficient in the use of word processing, Excel, e-mail.
+ Skills: Great interpersonal skills with patients, students, employees and the public. Excellent communication skills.
+ Abilities: Must be flexible, show initiative and capable of working under pressure and getting along with a diverse population.
