    We are looking for a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our manufacturing team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role involves leading financial strategy and performance initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting, and delivering actionable insights to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business goals.

    Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.

     

    • Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    • Proficiency in Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools.

    • Solid understanding of corporate financial planning processes and principles.

    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial concepts effectively.

    • Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.

    • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
